INDEPENDENCE DAY TO FEATURE FINE WEATHER

After an unsettled week where an upper level low spun over top the region producing bouts of rain and thunder, we'll get rewarded with a fine forecast for the Fourth of July.  The low will move away from the region later tonight and allow for more sunshine on Saturday along with pleasant temperatures and low humidity.  Saturday night will offer great conditions for fireworks viewing as no rain is expected to fizzle out any of the festivities.  Heading into Sunday,  a small weather disturbance will pass south of the state but clouds will move in and there is a slight chance that there could be a shower later in the day, but at this time the rain chances look small.  As for next week, summer may finally make an appearance as a ridge looks likely to build across the eastern US and bring us hotter temperatures.  Have a safe and fun-filled Independence Day holiday!
